PIONEER is a heavy duty and durable hose, suited to use by Fire Brigades, in Industrial complexes,
high rise buildings and general
fire fighting operations under the most demanding conditions. Pioneer has a circular woven jacket of 100% Polyester yarn and is lined with PVC/Nitrile.
Pioneer has a exceptionally flexibly, easily handled and provides a generous margin of self protection against flames, smoldering embers and other "hot spots". Being constructed from all synthetic fibers. Pioneer is unaffected by mildew and will retain maximum strength under all climatic conditions.

Pioneer 500 Complies with AS2792 Class M. A heavy duty perculating hose designed for use by professional Fir Brigades under hte most demanding conditions. Pioneer 500 is available in diameters 25mm to 70mm witha burst pressure of 3500Kpa. Proof pressure of 2100Kpa. PIONEER
650
Complies with AS2792 Class A heavy
duty percolating hose designed for use by Professional Fire Brigades under the
most demanding conditions. Pioneer 650 is available in diameters 25mm to 70mm
with a Burst Pressure of 4600kpa, Proof Pressure of 2100Kpa and Working Pressure
of 1400 Kpa. PIONEER
800 Complies with As2792 Class H is
available in diameters 25mm to 70mm with a Burst Pressure of 5250 kpa, Proof
Pressure of 3150 kpa and Working Pressure
of 2100 kpa. For maximum pressure resistance after repair, it is recommended that “SPOT ON” repair materials are used.
